Welcome to the home page for the South Central Oklahoma Band Directors Association (SCOBDA), sponsor of the annual SCOBDA Honor Bands.

SCOBDA is made up of 4A and smaller schools from Comanche, Stephens, Carter, Garvin, Love, Jefferson, Cotton, Murray, Bryan and Marshall counties. The primary purpose of the SCOBDA organizaion is to provide a clinic for 7th -12th grade students every January, and a clinic in April for 1st and 2nd year students and HS Jazz students.

 

Auditions for the 7th-12th grade bands and the Jazz Band are held every November, and the 1st and 2nd year selection takes place in March. For more information on the audition music and process, please see our "Event" page.
